The report must also indicate the methods of managing the shuttle service, safety for cars and users, the profile of the economic valorisation of the car park in relation to the expected users, the methods of waste management, access and monitoring of users, the enhancement of advertising and signaling of the parking lot, the “smart” implementations of the service. The concessionaire is required to ensure 24-hour custody for both car parks during the period between 1 June and 15 September. On the other hand, the possibility of closing the car parks to the public between 16 September and 31 May is permitted. An exception is provided for the “Torconca” car park which requires a total opening of at least 15 days during the Easter holiday period and on the occasion of the traditional Flower Festival.
