Traffic between the Bifurcation of Chelas and Lisbon Santa Apolónia and on the Cascais Line on tracks A and D between Cais do Sodré and Oeiras is also suspended.

In a statement, the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority (ANEPC) also reports several roads cut in Loures, Odivelas and Torres Vedras and impassable roads in Lisbon.
According to ANEPC, the National Road (EN) 8 between Odivelas and Loures and the EN 250 in Frielas are closed to traffic due to the overtopping of the river.
