WUM Kraków: Proceedings of the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue in the Małopolskie Voivodeship
For the last time this year, the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue in the Małopolskie Voivodeship (WRDS) met. In comparison with the presidium and apart from the plenary participation of the voivode of Lesser Poland, Łukasz Kmita and deputy voivodes Ryszard Pagacz and Mateusz Małodziński.
The meeting began with the adoption of a resolution on the appointment of the Chairman of the WRDS for 2023. From January 2019, in accordance with the resolution of the WRDS in WM of November 18, 2019, in the justification for chairing the WRDS in WM in the years 2020-2023, the Marshal of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, Witold Kozłowski, will be in charge.
During the conversation, preparations from Ukraine were discussed, due to their inclusion in aid programs.
– This year we faced a great false language with a wave used from Ukraine fleeing the atrocities of war. We gave them the shelter and asylum they needed. Some of them have already returned to their homes, but a large group of Ukrainians are still in Lesser Poland. Attach a wire to make them feel safe, which is why we keep our finger on the pulse and monitor the situation – says the voivode of Lesser Poland, Łukasz Kmita.
Among the issues related to involvement, the procedure for determining the basic salary of some employees employed in healthcare entities can also be performed. The work schedule was also approved, which is at the end of January 2023.
The Voivodship Council for Social Dialogue in the Małopolskie Voivodeship was established in 2015. Meetings of the WRDS, opinions, opinions and positions in specific scopes of professional tasks or joint organizations that are independent of the government and local government administration from the area.
