Signed the Consolidated text of the single general collective labor agreement for the Industry sector.
they announce theSan Marino national industry associationthere San Marino Confederation of Labourthere Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers and ISan Marino Union of Workers after the recent signing of the Consolidated text of the single general collective labor agreement for the Industry sectorentered into in accordance with Law 59/2016.
“The drafting of the contract required several months of work, having to link the many minutes of agreement that have followed one another since 2002 starting from the initial text of 1998 – declare the industrialists of San Marino and the trade unions in a joint note -. A drafting process made challenging also by the overlaps that have occurred over time, such as for example the intervention of law 131/2005 which has implemented most of the agreements reached with the contractual agreement. This stratification has led to a series of complexities, consequently highlighting the need to make the contract itself more legible and clear. The consolidated text goes in that direction and is therefore an important result for workers and employers alike. In addition to this, law 59/2016 provides, on the basis of representativeness, that there can be only one single contract with erga omnes validity for each sector: this too is an objective of fundamental clarity for the whole system”.
The next and definitive step, “provided for by the aforementioned legislation, will be to submit the Consolidated Text to a referendum among workers – explain Anis, Csdl, Cdls and Usl -; the union organizations will then formalize the protocol for carrying it out and, after the authorization of the Guarantee Committee, the votes can be held”.
“The new contract also includes the latest renewal agreement signed just this year for 2022-2023, thus also confirming the increases envisaged for the two-year period, respectively of 3% for 2022 and 2.4% for 2023” Finally, say the trade association and the three trade unions of San Marino.
