On behalf of the 9th day of PNM, contested on Saturday December 3, 2022, in pool C Union Caen / Hérouville confirmed its status as leader and validated its ticket for the high pool against Ouistreham. ASPTT Caen and Ouistreham play the play-offs. In the match at the bottom of the table, Caen Nord wins over the Pays d’Auge. In Pool D, Caen Sud created the surprise of the weekend and beat Bretteville-sur-Odon. Alençon won easily against Saint-Lô while Cagny forfeited against Ifs, following too small a squad.
POOL C
In pool C, Asptt Caen received its neighbor, Avant Garde Caennaise. Clément Quignette’s teammates won 66 to 41, in a controlled encounter from start to finish with a good defensive performance in particular.

In Pool D, Alençon received Saint-Lô still looking for a victory this season. Bretteville-sur-Odon conceded a second defeat this season against Caen Sud with a score of 57 to 77. The Caen Sud players were able to impose their own rhythm and create an 11-point gap at half-time. It’s a great victory for Caen Sud which should finish third and play the play-off match for the accession to the upper hen.
