How many people are amnestied
An important point is stipulated: the issue of reducing the period of observation due to the presence of freedom of individual appeal will be decided individually.
But they do not grant amnesty to terrorists, extremists, persons who have committed incidents who are not subject to exemption from victims.
And one more nuance: amnesty only those who have a positive attitude towards the period of serving large sums and those who have fully compensated for the damage caused by the crime.
It is assumed that about 4,500 people will be granted amnesty, including about 1,600 people from places of deprivation of liberty.
In addition, approximately 4,000 consequences for 1 year will shorten the period.
