This weekend’s sporting news will not only be marked by the European Cup, far from it. Indeed, on Saturday, the French football team is playing a crucial match in its World Cup: a quarter-final against England.

France-England, England-France…this poster is well known in the world of rugby (at least once a year). We find it perhaps a little less in football. But the rivalry between French and English, we know it only too well with the oval ball, as Antoine Dupont recalled in a press conference.

It’s a tradition for us rugby fans. When we were little in front of our TV, we all have memorable memories of France-England. And always with this media game around the event, this ancestral rivalry. It is rather part of the traditions of rugby and there, we find it with football.

It is therefore almost natural, in Toulouse, to support the French team for this very important meeting. Ugo Mola clarified for his part that everything was organized for his players likely to follow this event.
