Trains returned to the Kraków – Wieliczka route. you will go even further
From Tuesday, December 6, SKM trains resumed running from Kraków Główny Station to Wieliczka Rynek-Kopalnia Station. The break in the operation of the disease was a repair of the track and lasted over two weeks.
The trains of Koleje Małopolskie returning on the route will run from Kraków Główny to Wieliczka Rynek-Kopalnia according to the timetable, i.e. approximately every hour on average.
From Sunday, December 11, the SKA1 line between Kraków Airport and Wieliczka Rynek-Kopalnia will be limited to 30 minutes during peak hours, i.e. from 5:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.
The difficulties on the connection Kraków Główny – Wieliczka Rynek-Kopalnia are only modernization works carried out on the tracks by the infrastructure manager PKP PLK between Kraków Płaszów and Kraków Bieżanów stations.
After noticing the current stage of work at the Kraków Płaszów station, it gained full passability and the ability to travel on three active tracks in the direction of Tarnów and Wieliczka.
The timetable of the SKA1 line can be found at website Lesser Poland Railways.
