San Marino. Atypical residences, clash in the Commission between the Government and the opposition
In the afternoon of 6 December, the work of the Commission continued with the examination of the practices relating to the granting of residence permits and residences.
Among these, the first practices examined relate to the request for atypical residence for pensioners on which the commissioners turn on a focus on the legislation created to develop the silver economy on Titan. In fact, I am not convinced of the quality of the applications received Alessandro Bevitori, LiberaAnd Nicola Renzi of Rf. Bevitori draws attention, in particular, to a lease contract, attached to the deeds of a request, which provides for two distinct owners. “Let’s be careful about the nature of the requests, so that they are real and not fictitious residences – he says – San Marino has worked hard to regain credibility at an international level, in this case a legislative study should be launched for this type of residence”. “It doesn’t seem fair to me to make assumptions about the co-lessee- immediately replies the Secretary of State Beccari– surely yours will be an application for residence that will arrive shortly, however we can integrate this practice for the next time “.
