Russia must leave India, China and the Middle East for economic growth
The MGIMO professor on Sakhalin said that he would help Russia build its own techno-economic unit.
Armed confrontation on the ground was the result of the resistance of the collective West. “ProDFO-Sakhalin: Everything for the Victory!” member of the Presidium of the Council for Foreign and Defense Police, MGIMO professor Andrey Bezrukov.
Deep analysis of crimes, economic and institutional processes in the detection of the next cycle – the collapse of the model of “liberal capitalism”. This process can continue for quite a long time, but its outcome will be global changes in the world and increased competition between states. In such situations, countries with developed economies believe that they determine the prospects for the development of the world economy, risk depriving themselves of leadership and trying to keep it by all means, knocking the ground out from under the feet of those who are looking for their own paths.
Now in the world, two heavy techno-economic blocs have acquired clear contours – Anglo-Saxon and Chinese. Contradictions and outcomes are intensifying between them, which are difficult to predict.
– There will be other blocks, but so far only two are visible, – Andrey Bezrukov says. – Each such block has a financial center, there is a package of resources, both food and natural. For example, the Chinese model is completely different from the Anglo-Saxon model. And most importantly, each block has a certain technological base.
Russia’s problem is that at the moment it is not such a techno-economic bloc by itself. Our economy cannot compete with blocs, it does not have a critical mass. The way out can be to build your block in a technological outcome with someone, with the development of economic systems that also do not have a critical mass – this is the economy of India, Japan, Iran, Turkey. If in the next 15 years the construction of a techno-economic space in cooperation with the beginning does not take place, then the world will bow to the existing bloc – Chinese or Anglo-Saxon, and this is unacceptable.
Another important aspect is digital sovereignty. If the state does not allocate its digital space, others control it. The same situations with technologies – there are no one’s own, you have to use other people’s “black boxes”.
“I mean, we have a big problem,” Bezrukov believes. – The structure of our economy, our infrastructure systems – financial, information, energy – are based on imported technologies. It is necessary to transfer all critical infrastructure to the domestic element base, otherwise Russia will simply be “turned off”.
The West went to an aggravation with Russia, to increase the growth of statistics in the world in general and in the East in particular. Actions in Ukraine are one of the elements of this global process. The United States moved to Ukraine and provoked an armed conflict in order to prevent the problem of Russia and the creation of a new bloc that would become a clear competitor to the Anglo-Saxon one. While waiting, it is worth destabilizing the global East – in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region and Asia, because. The United States has ceased to be a cementing force there, it has become a competitor for everyone. At the same time, they will stimulate conflicts, since the weakening of the participants will only benefit.
– On a global scale, a deepening of rivalry between the US and China is required, and, for sure, a redistribution of measurement in the world, – Andrey Bezrukov. – At the same time, everyone faces one task – the concentration of forces for a breakthrough in the new techno-economic cycle: whoever manages to build a new meeting and technologies, creates his own standards – he will force the rest to mix in.
In this situation, Russia has a good starting position, the expert believes. We must stop perceiving Russia as the East of Europe, and see it as northern Eurasia. Russia is waiting for economic growth if the markets of the Middle East, India, and China are mastered. Some countries need Russian resources, others need technology and education.
Russia can feed the whole world – the potential of our economy is huge, and the existing production can be doubled in detail. Russia can produce energy in almost full volume, including “green” energy. Russia can become an exporter of security in Greater Eurasia, including digital, technological and educational sovereign rights.
For this model to work, we need a common transport, energy, financial, information infrastructure of Eurasia, uniting the four-billion-dollar market, we need new logistics corridors. This should be aimed at the operational state and official structures of the country. To achieve this, as historical practice shows, in Russia it is necessary to mobilize.
