A challenging situation in the outside world with rising costs, high inflation, reduced disposable income and thus increased price awareness among customers has put both ICA dealers and ICA Sweden under severe pressure, both in terms of market shares and sales volumes.
ICA Sweden is therefore taking measures together with the ICA retailers to reverse this trend. This will be done through an efficiency program in ICA Sweden which will free up resources for a joint investment by ICA Sweden and the ICA dealers on a more competitive customer offer.
