Four arrivals at UC Monaco – News
UC Monaco announces four arrivals for the 2023 season. They are Italian Simone Alassio, Frenchman Jacques Robbins, Colombian Kevin Velasquez and Polish Michal Zelazowski – our picture -.
Jacques Robbins, 18, finished this year 5th in a stage and overall in the Grand Prix de la Région Sud, 6th in a stage in the Tour Junior Causses-Aigoual-Cévennes, 13th in the Train’hard Classic-Souvenir Antonin Landre, or 14th and 16th in the Tour of the South PACA Region. He comes from VC Saint-Antoine la Gavotte.
Kévin Velasquez, 19, finished 3rd in the Nocturne de Saint-Sulpice-les-Feuilles, 6th in a round of the Trophée Maxime Médérel, 10th in the Triptyque de Peyre (3rd on a stage) and a stage in the Tour de la Vallée Montluçonnaise, or 12th in the Prix de Beauchabrol at Aixe-sur-Vienne. He was a member of Team INCA.
Michal Zelazowski, 18, won a stage in the Tour de la Lunigiana (MJ 2.1). In the Nations Cup, he was ranked 2nd in two stages of the LVM Saarland Trofeo (4th overall), 19th in the Center Morbihan Trophy and 23rd in Paris-Roubaix Espoirs. He also took 22nd place in the European Championship.
Simone Alassio, 18, did not achieve a significant result in 2023.
