Pendant Hosted several weeks
The facts dated from 2021. Sabrina C.* met the accused at a party. The latter, presenting himself as a homeless Libyan political refugee, had sympathized with her. Sabrina C. then hosted him for several weeks at her home. During a drunken evening, he would have violated his hostess by threatening her with two knives.
Two different versions
Sabrina C. then lodged a complaint at the police station. Bruises were found on his body. For his part, the accused, in his thirties, had refuted the charges, declaring to the police that the relationship was consented. Arguments that will not have convinced the jury of the Assize Court.
