The ASGG informs that the tenth module of the Master in Geriatric Medicine “Giancarlo Ghironzi” will take place on 9/10 December, in the DESD room of the University of San Marino in via Saluta la Rocca, 44. The teaching lessons will take place forecasts and then the discussion of the theses of the twenty candidates who attended our Master. Second level Master in Geriatric Medicine “Giancarlo Ghironzi”, was born from the initiative of the San Marino Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (ASGG), in collaboration with the Universities of San Marino and Ferrara, sponsored by the SIGG (Italian Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics) and the IAGG (International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics). All this confirms, as Dr. Carlo Renzini, President of the ASGG says, that Geriatric Medicine is increasingly at the center of the care and health management of elderly patients with a specific working methodology. Called Geriatric Multidimensional Assessment. The Master conceived by the ASGG is directed by Prof. Giovanni Zuliani of the University of Ferrara, has already trained 180 professionals in the health sector and is preparing to inaugurate the XI Edition for the new academic year 2022/23, with the support of many others candidates from different parts of Italy.
