Toulouse. Airbus’ order book continues to fill thanks to this company

It was in the mood of time. It’s now official! Tuesday, November 29, 2022, Airbus announced an agreement with Airlines Croatiathe Croatian national carrier based in Zagrebfor an order of six A220-300s. “Croatia Airlines plans to lease nine additional A220s, bringing its total commitment for this type of aircraft to fifteen,” adds the European aircraft manufacturer.
The company is replacing its aging fleet
Croatia Airlines has decided to replace its aging fleet, consisting ofA320-200D’A319-100 and of Dashboard 8-Q400by next-generation devices.
In addition to being less polluting, these A220-300s reduce the operating costs of the Croatian company.
“This aircraft is perfectly suited to Croatia’s needs, offering flexibility and operational efficiency that allows the company to achieve its regional and international connectivity ambitions, without compromising on passenger comfort or cost per seat,” valued christian scherercommercial and international activities directorAirbus.
Nowadays, more 230 A220 delivered to 16 airlines.
