The girl was walking through the neighborhood with her mother when she was overtaken at a zebra crossing. A motorist, who was waiting for her, suddenly drove up and hit the girl, eyewitnesses told shortly after the incident. AT 5 O’CLOCK. Then the driver drove on.
The parents move that the girl was not hit, but was run over by the car. The police suspect that this confirms that has been the case, let us know in a statement.
Not much later, the police on Beethovenstraat arrested an 89-year-old woman. They were detained for a day, but have since been released. However, the woman’s driver’s license has been enclosed and she remains a suspect in the case.
