‘Turkey Social Network Map’ was presented at the International Strategic Communication Summit
After the last panel of the summit at the TIM Exhibition Center, Çağlar presented “Turkey’s Social Network Map”.
Stating that they see the regulations regarding the use of social networks in Turkey and in other schools for the work of almost every researcher, Çağlar noted what he saw:
“It’s pretty clear from which platforms and which ones we remove them from such data. They’re pretty good, useful platforms in a situation where they don’t have detailed enclosures, and we used them, but one day I probably wondered if he would make this delivery, as many of us do. When it’s done, where it’s done, It’s done with subjects. As it is the internationally used and referenced examination, it is not noticed and is not needed in the first place. I realized that it does not have enough data to comment on different regions.”
“We did something different”
Explaining his situation in Turkey, Çağlar continued his speech as follows:
“It was presented as a result of the use of the internet, about the social life of the whole of Turkey, with a survey with 1500 samples, done every six months via e-mail. As I said, I am grateful. When I tell something, I prefer it to be based on more solid data. We did something different. We said that Let’s see with friends, instead of complaining, can we do more? We drafted a project, we presented it to the Directorate of Communications in order to see what needs to be included in this work. “We were able to tell. We didn’t have to. They shared the same concerns. We focused on how we separated.”
İsmail Çağlar emphasized that they basically aim to map the social life of Turkey and that this is also a public duty.
Çağlar said, “It is necessary to obtain solid, reliable, conservatives and this place must be reliable again and again from the assurance of the public. In other words, it exists today, it does not work in the absence of tomorrow, but it is especially useful in ensuring its continuity in the process. Project scope We held sessions in 7 regions of Turkey every four quarters, quarterly, and it was done with a minimum of 2,500 measurements. Later, we presented all of them in the report, infographic, and generally the raw version at ‘socialagharitasi.gov.tr’. Actors in need from both private life, academia and civil society can benefit from it free of charge. We have completed 2 years,” he said.
Çağlar stated that they prepared the question in detail according to the equivalent questions and gave information about the question categories.
Making evaluations about the achievements of the study, Çağlar emphasized the transparency of his work.
