Why is Sigmund in a high-risk prison in Denmark?
In this reader’s post, Siv Karin takes up the case of Norwegian Sigmund, who is imprisoned in Denmark. She argues that many offenses have been committed against Sigmund. She writes that Sigmund is exposed to physical abuse of power in the Danish prison.

Kvinnheringen writes on 17.11.22 about a man who has been sentenced to prison (from 15.09.22) and an entry ban. All that is written there are claims. No evidence was presented on either count during the main hearing on 11/15/22. Otherwise, Kvinnheringen received information about what he has been sentenced for, many days before he himself. As of today’s date 28.11.22, the appointed lawyer Torben Groth Madsen has not confirmed that Sigmund has been read the verdict, despite several inquiries.
The women’s army writes:
Sentenced to prison and an entry ban
A man from Kvinnherad has been sentenced in Danish court to four months in prison without conditions, and has been banned from entering Denmark for six years, as well as a ban on driving a car for the rest of the year.
What actually happened?
We now see in the media that the vaccines have caused a lot of side effects and suffering among people. This is what Sigmund was worried about, and it was because of this that he wrote a letter to all the mayors in our country. That is why he is in prison now.
Why is there a connection between information, freedom of expression and imprisonment?
It all started with him and several others writing on 17 May 2021 to all rapporteurs in the country and informing them about research that did not appear in mainstream media during the pandemic. After this, the local police came and collected his hunting weapon on July 14, 2021, when he was traveling.
The police officer who was in the house confirms on the phone and does not have a search warrant for this. Offense. The police also broke the law on incapacity when a close relation of Sigmund who works at the local police office was contacted to hand over the key to the gun cabinet. Offense. A sheet of paper was left in the cupboard which said Advance Warning and that he had to deliver hunting weapons to Inn because they had received a report of concern about his mental health. The practice is that they are picked up at the same time, said the police chief in Odda. Offense.
It is stated on the document that the party had the right to all the documents in the case. Many letters were sent, telephones were taken and visits to the local police office were made.
Sigmund has never been given the documents of the case; not who was concerned about his mental or other documents. Offense.
Since this incident, the police have been after him, by unvalley letters tried to serve, unvalley police searches on the door, and also hunted him where his girlfriend lived at the time. They trooped up 5 times in one week and terrorized an entire neighborhood hosten-21 in Stavanger. Everyone thought it was a serious criminal the police were chasing and was saved and fear was created.
A fourth police district; Bjørnafjorden was also involved. On September 1, 2021, the men trooped up outside Sigmund’s private home with 4 police officers and two cars after several hours of travel from Bjørnafjorden. After a longer period, the Bjørnafjorden police reported Sigmund to the child protection service, even though it was they themselves who rang the doorbell and hammered hard on several doors several times a few days later, while Sigmund’s children were at home.
What were the 4 police districts hunted on harvest-21? What was so criminal?
They all wanted him to sign that he accepted that he was charged with reckless conduct because he has sent letters to police officers. They also wanted to say that he had a ban on letters and visitors.
What do these letters say?
Courtesy notice, intent on peace, everyone is responsible for their actions, ask why the sender is helping to spread a rumor that he is mentally unstable because of the letter sent to the rapporteur, and he wants the letter retracted and a public apology. If he does not receive a public apology, he will have to make public the conditions he had been exposed to.
Invitation to Dialogue was another letter which was sent to the police who did not respond to any of his other letters or inquiries. Even with a signature from the police chief stating that all the case’s documents were to be handed over and a receipt that the police had taken the hunting weapon, it was not forthcoming. The organization Lov og Helse had the same experience when it wrote articles about the hunting weapon incident; it was completely silent from the police. Not a single reply or feedback to be had.
What happened a few hours after the arrest in Denmark?
Then he was presented with and forced to sign documents from the home municipality Kvinnherad Lennsmannskontor. This was repeated on 3 different days. After that, he was immediately taken out by police with guns and bulletproof vests and transferred to High-risk prison Storstrøms where Rune Vahl-Madsen is unit manager, on 21.09.22. Here he was subjected to blows, holding, all his clothes off, held on his head and 6 politicians around the bench, without food and drink for 24 hours and isolation for several days. The mental and physical torture has continued when Sigmund takes care of his human rights at the UN, which both the Norwegian and Danish authorities have ratified. Rat means that they must follow them.
The last physical and mental torture took place on 15.11.22 when the main hearing took place in Nykøbing Falster court with responsible judge Anne Bundgaard.
We as a people can now stand up, stand up and stand together against such a gross injustice and gross offence, when neither elected officials nor other authorities do so.
Isn’t that our responsibility as ethical, moral and loving women and men?
