Second step of the Adsp Genova for the early retirement of the camalli
The Port System Authority of Genoa announced that “in today’s meeting the Management Committee expressed a favorable opinion on the implementation of the ‘isopension’ measure (pursuant to paragraph 15bis of article 17 of law 84/94 ) for 9 working members, 3 for the Culmv of Genoa and 6 for the Culp of Savona, entitled to early retirement for the exit ‘window’ relating to 2022″.
the intervention, anticipated by SHIPPING ITALY, is the second piece of a broader plan launched by the institution to reach, with a maximum budget of 16 million euros, the early retirement of 90 members of the two port companies. “The total value of the AdSP loan for the retirement incentive for workers of the two companies authorized to provide temporary work in the ports of Genoa and Savona through the “isopension” measure is equal to 1,576,540 euros, for the period 2023-2029. The overall 2022-2023 action plan for early retirement incentives, through the “expansion contract” and “isopension” measures, in favor of the two companies was approved by the Management Committee last March. At the meeting of 25 October, the first loan was therefore authorized, totaling 1.8 million euros, for the early retirement of 27 working members through the “expansion contract. With today’s resolution, the first phase of the incentive plan for the 36 workers who met the requirements in 2022 concludes”.
The committee also took decisions on other issues: “As regards the Program Agreement, signed between the AdSP, the Municipality of Vado Ligure, the Province of Savona and the Liguria Region with the aim of ensuring adequate redevelopment interventions in the area affected by the new works ports and the effects generated by the relative traffic, the board approved the modification of the implementing Convention which allows for the allocation of the resources referred to in art. 6 of the Program Agreement for recreational sports interventions in an area other than the former Vado Marine originally envisaged. Finally, provisions relating to the issue, renewal, partial and temporary suspension of long-term concessions, state-owned titles and authorizations pursuant to art. 24, pursuant to articles 45 bis., 46, 55 and pursuant to art. 68 of the Navigation Code Regulations”.
