In broad daylight, under the eyes of several witnesses, the attack was ultra-violent. An 84-year-old man had to be taken care of by the Samu on Tuesday, shortly after 4:30 p.m. It all started when the victim was walking like every day on the side of the road from Revel to Toulouse, to exercise.

He is described by hostile barking dogs. To get rid of this bad situation, the octogenarian makes movements with his cane hoping to scare the animals away. However, he does not touch them, according to him.
At that moment, a woman arrives furious. She verbally attacks the walker and asks some boys standing there to hit him, saying he hurt one of the dogs.

54-year-old woman arrested

Armed with a broomstick, two men begin to hit the retiree on the chest and back. They also slap him. The victim falls several times.
The blows are so violent that the broom handle ends up breaking. However, the attackers are not done. They persist in attacking this man with punches and kicks.

The scene is violent and several people witness it. The police but also the firefighters and the Samu are called to the scene. When they arrive, the injured victim is extremely shocked.

This man is transported to the hospital for treatment. His vital prognosis is not engaged. His attackers fled. The police officers from the specialized field brigade and the BAC set out to find them. A 54-year-old woman, suspected of being behind the attack, is arrested.
