Several fires have given firefighters a hard time. Haute-Garonne, this Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the end of the day. After vehicle fire on the RD112 near Verfeil, northeast of Toulouseit was a house in the grip of flames, in the heart of the Pink City, which required the intervention of the emergency services.

A house with two floors

Called shortly before 5:45 p.m., the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Haute-Garonne (SDIS 31) took the direction of Avenue Jean Chaubet, east side of Toulouse. The house, consisting of a ground floor and a first floor, was “completely ablaze”, according to the firefighters, who sent no less than 18 firefighters on the spot. At 6:20 p.m., the extinguishing and reconnaissance of the premises was underway.

The places evacuated

In a second checkpoint, carried out at 6:45 p.m., the firefighters announce that the fire is out. The accident caused no casualties. “Occupants evacuated the premises before our arrival and are in the process of balance sheet by the crew of our ambulance”, specifies the SDIS.
