Federation Council Vice Speaker Konstantin Kosachev believes that sustainable development, which will replace pollution initiated by the Western world, is being used by Russia and China. The politician spoke about this on his Telegram channel.
By long-term and consistent tensions of Washington and NATO associations of the global world, objectively developing and ideally equally beneficial for all participants, transformed in world quasi-orders, based on Western rules, Kosachev believes.
“That’s right. Not a ‘rule-based order’, but a global quasi-order based on Western rules,” the senator said.
At this global level, which could become a real driver of human development, is defragmented and immobilized, the senator believes.
“There is no sustainable development at the global level. There is not even a quasi-order, but world chaos thoughtlessly provoked by the West. already other centers of power – in total, Russia and China, as well as our allies in the SCO and BRICS,” Kosachev wrote.
