Stanislav Balabanov: Due to the incompetence and greed of the Ministry of Defense, there is no medical helicopter in Bulgaria today
Due to the incompetence and greed of “We continue the change”, today Bulgaria does not have a medical helicopter. He stated this before bTV Stanislav Balabanov “There is such a people” and accused his former coalition partners of stealing the idea from Slavi Trifonov.
“Colleagues from Continuing the Change decided to pre-election steal our idea of a medical helicopter, which was written into the coalition contract. However, last day their public procurement failed after the caretaker health minister terminated it. This public procurement was not done qualitatively. It was made by the people who today support the word honorable – I mean “We continue the change”, Stanislav Balabanov also stated.
The vicious circle in the field of health care organized by “Continuing the change” has made Bulgaria the only country in Europe that does not have a medical helicopter. The former deputy from “There is such a people” revealed how many of their former coalition partners were in leadership positions in this sector and specified that in such a situation “you cannot be a dealer in human life”.
“From the position of the Bulgarian citizens who are currently observing the political processes, we feel great pleasure that we are not part of this hypocritical environment,” he admitted. Stanislav Balabanov explains that, for better or for worse, “There is such a people” in the last three parliaments chose to stand on the side of truth.
“Yes, sometimes the truth is ugly. Yes, sometimes it takes time for this truth to come to light. The good thing is that it is starting to come out – in many cases and with many facts,” he further specified.
One of the mistakes that Balabanov reported is that as a political party they trusted people who at a later stage showed that they did not have enough morals. On the plus side, they have acted sensibly and temporarily in leaving “this diverse coalition”.
He also commented on the money for the roads, the contracts for “Jemcorp”, the energy projects, the negotiations with North Macedonia, the contracts between “Continuing the change” and BSP on machine codes and paper ballots.
