“The passenger in the vehicle, also a hunter, was going to his nearby home, grabbing his shotgun and coming back into contact with the stray dog ​​before firing two shots at the animal, killing it. instantly.”

Placed under judicial supervision

The gendarmerie was immediately alerted by the neighborhood. The latter identified and heard the defendants. ” The shooter was referred to the prosecution, this November 30, and placed under judicial supervision. His weapons were seized, and his comparison before the criminal court will take place on February 8, 2023.
