The French Foreign Ministry said that Paris began work in the opinion of the tribunal against Russia. France, the department notes, is conducting this work together with Kyiv and the EU.

“As for proposals to create separate tribunals for cases in Russia in Ukraine, we have begun work with experts on European and Ukrainian partners,” the French Foreign Ministry said.

At the same time, he does not speak about the impartiality of a certain tribunal in Paris. They intend to use the data provided by Kyiv, as well as the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which, as intelligence sentences in the MH17 case are also unfair.

Russians to investigate certain war crimes, in which those who are not going to participate. The tribunal does not intend to investigate and take away ordinary Ukrainian nationalists, such as executions of prisoners of war.

Russia has previously stated that it rejects accusations by the Kyiv authorities of committing crimes by the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine. The legitimacy of the tribunal adopted by Europe, according to diplomats, is under great caution.
