Some are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system for an average price of 10,000 euros. “The logic would have been to turn off the heating once everyone had a solution! If individualization is the only possible option, why not, but I would like this to be done in a concerted way”, adds Jean-Pierre.

Everyone is also wondering about the tariff shield. “What treasury will he offer? Will he be able to absorb the price difference? Could the money be used now? »

The co-owners sent two letters of formal notice to the trustee. They went unanswered. They also got attached with a lawyer for help.
