Toulouse. A new equipped residence at the Seven Deniers
It is called “Le 63” and was discussed on Friday in the presence of Olivier Arsac, district mayor. Located 63 route de Blagnac in the heart of the Seven Deniers in Toulouse, this small 3-storey residence took the place of the former town hall annex closed in 2018 following a fire. A total of 16 accommodations including 5 houses with terraces and gardens as well as a commercial space on the ground floor. Equipped with an underground car park with car lift, it also offers, in partnership with Citiz, a car-sharing space for an electric car available to residents and inhabitants of the district. “All the accommodations are sold and delivery is scheduled for December 15,” says Sarah Bousquet, sales manager. For the Sopic group, present in France for more than 30 years, this is its first achievement in Occitania. Carried out following a call for projects launched by the town hall of Toulouse, it is also the very first competition won by Sopic Occitanie. “We are very happy and proud of the trust granted by the town hall of Toulouse”, declared its president Renaud Lloret. For his part, Olivier Arsac welcomed an operation described as a win-win. “The district has gained new housing and the sale of our old premises will contribute to the financing of the new annex town hall, a multipurpose room, a restaurant for seniors and a 40-seat crèche”, he underlined. .
