Swissgrid puffs itself up into the power baron and destroys the friendly relationship between Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In autumn 2021, the 50-year transmission right between NOK (today Swissgrid) and the municipality of Balzers, the citizens’ cooperative and the private property owners expired – the municipality, the citizens’ cooperative and the private property owners have existed for 20 years – not to extend and demand the transmission right to lay the line! The arrogant barons of Swissgrid reacted with an expropriation lawsuit! The Liechtenstein state parliament (= people’s representation!) deals with the threat in the December session. (The 220 kV high-voltage line does not have a single outlet on Liechtenstein territory – we are integrated in the 110 kV grid!) I am confident that our representatives will defend our freedom and contractual loyalty and prepare a crushing defeat for expropriation. I demand a roll-call vote in the state parliament so that we can separate the wheat from the chaff in the next elections!!
