State Duma deputy, Soviet and Russian film actress Elena Drapeko told how exactly a special military operation in Ukraine is not ruled out.

The deputy added that together with them, Russia will be able to “lick the wounds, both physical and mental.” Drapeko revealed confidence that Russians and Ukrainians are still aware of the search for a common language, although at present the Ukrainian conflict is still ongoing.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it is ready for peace talks with Ukraine, even without preconditions. However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on October 3 passed a law prohibiting negotiations with the Russian Federation. After that, he began to put forward unrealistic conditions for replacing the negotiation process.
Recently, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained why Russia is attacking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. He said that “all these are consequences” of the refusal of the Kyiv regime to conduct a dialogue with the Russian Federation to resolve the conflict.
