The UN puts a “brake” on Turkey’s agreements with Libya – “Smiles” in Athens.

And he added that “for the first time, explicit reference is made to Article 6 of the Libyan Political Dialogue Tax Agreement, which provides that the government cannot enter into agreements that will bind the country in the future and may be harmful to the foreign policy of the country”.
