It comes to replace the textile store “ nk dress » and has 49 seats (and soon 97 seats, when the floor will be open to the public).

Brioche baguette and secret sauce

“When we say we’re revisiting the baguette, it’s because it’s not a traditional baguette but rather a brioche baguette. The bread is homemade, delivered daily. It is an Italian bread, particularly tender. And we make our own sauce. The recipe is secret! “, continues the head of the company. The promise of “Baguet’Up”is to offer sandwiches made with artisanal bread, fresh products and French meat.

Six recipes are currently available: the beef (based on marinated beef, peppers, salad, tomato, onions, cheddar, fried bacon), the mozzarella, the lambthe merguez, the olive and the chicken curry. “They are all meat-based but it is possible to add or remove ingredients. It is therefore customizable”, underlines Léonie Déborah, who indicates that the recipes could be estimated over time. The sandwiches are served with homemade fries.

Homemade desserts

The establishment also offers plates to eat on site (steak, sausage, lamb, etc.). Homemade desserts are also on the menu, such as msemen, a culinary specialty from the Maghreb that can be tasted plain, with honey, nutella or peanut butter.

In terms of prices, the sandwich alone is 8 euros, the plate 9 euros and the menus are between 10 and 14 euros.
