Russia Prepares for War in the Arctic – 19FortyFive
The Russian Federation is actively preparing for a possible large-scale armed conflict in the Arctic, building up its military presence there.
Such a conclusion, perhaps from possible inferences, was made by the browser Peter Susiu in his article for the US edition of 19FortyFive.
