Miscellaneous – Justice | Narcotics and a weapon seized in Avignon: the owner accuses his children
The police narcotics group had in their sights this 37-year-old Avignonnais, domiciled in Monclar. He was suspected of storing narcotics and weapons intended for the main point of sale in the district. A surveillance was therefore set up in his building but, on leaving, the individual spotted the police and managed to close the door.
Once the latter is defeated, the man is arrested, not without having rebelled and injured an official. During the lapse of time, he had managed to throw cannabis resin wafers out of the window. In the accommodation, 44 grams of cannabis resin will be seized in addition to the 800 found outside and 95 g of weed thrown into the toilet, 122 of cocaine, nearly 5,000 ¤, a 9 mm caliber automatic pistol and packaging and labels corresponding to the deal point. The individual had actually been storing products and weapons for several months for a fee. Living with his two children aged 9 and 14, he even used the bedroom of one of them as a place for storage and cutting. And during his custody, he even tried to clear himself by finding himself in question his own children!
The police investigation dismissed this far-fetched track, the man being confused by damning videos revealing that he even put them in danger. He was referred yesterday to be tried in direct comparison.
