Freising: Truck pushed aside by BMW – cars drive on rescue lane
Freising – On Saturday afternoon around 1:40 p.m., a black BMW is said to have pushed a truck on the A92 in the direction of Deggendorf. He slammed into the right guard rail, damaging his tank. According to the police, several hundred liters of diesel spilled over all three lanes. The 34-year-old driver was not injured in the accident.
After an accident: Taxis in the rescue lane
As the police approached the scene of the accident, two taxi drivers misused the rescue lane to get ahead. They were stopped and reported: a fine of 200 euros, two points in Flensburg and a driving ban are waiting for them.
In addition, at the Eching-Ost exit, some cars reversed on the Autobahn or used them to exit. According to the police, other road users filmed it. Ads are also waiting for these motorists.
Because the road was so overcrowded with diesel, the autobahn between Eching-Ost and Freising Süd had to be temporarily closed. A special company had to clean up the soiled soil and the Neufahrn volunteer fire brigade was also on duty.
The traffic police in Freising are looking for witnesses who observed how the accident happened, who saw a black BMW pushing the truck away. You are asked to call 08161/9520.
