Dubek and Svoboda were not politicians, but s*i, k Tpfer. He will play Kriegel
Tom Tpfer stands in the hall of the Theater in Vinohrady for ten years. And he will be here for a long time, because against the Na zbradl and Pod Palmovkou theaters, the magistrate did not issue a citation for his position. Prague now wants him to carry out a complete reconstruction of the big scene. Meanwhile, Tpfer became a senator again, now for the Brno district.
The popular actor will appear for the fifth year in the lead role in the film Mu, who stood in the way. The politics of Frantik Kriegel, who did not sign the Moscow Protocol in August 1968, is considered his greatest film role. In a recent interview for Prvo, in connection with the upcoming film, he stated that Dubek, the rest of his delegation and President Svoboda were clearly agents of the Rut.
Does the image itself reflect this view?
It’s changing there. I don’t have it confirmed by him, but given that Svoboda was in Russia and Dubek grew up in Interhelp, they were boys, and quite likely they were related to the Russian politics of the time. In the leadership we always had either flexible or willing cooperating politicians. But I don’t want to blame the politicians, they were simple people who faced the dilemma of saving the people of Slovakia from the wolf. Why did they call for the well-being and safety of the population, and that’s why they signed the shameful protocol? I think it’s always easy.
I have ordered such a brass sign for the grave: Here lies Tom Tpfer, who was responsible for the reconstruction of the Vinohrady Theater, which is still running.
Tom Tpfer to reconstruct the theater
