On the first day of the summit, the regional coordinator of the Digital Russia project, Anatoly Sergeev, took part in two venues: the session “Siberia as a Eurasian IT hub” and the discussion “Growth point of the IT industry of federal and human rights organizations”.
At the session, the participants answered such questions as: “What is needed to ensure the Siberian technological breakthrough?”; “How is the stability of personnel development in the region determined?”; “What projects are in demand today?”; “What is needed to address the issue of popularization of technological entrepreneurship?”.

“In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, since 2016, there has been a sharply professional IT association – the Association of Technological Companies “ITERA”, representing the interests of the industry, acting for the purpose of a “single window” and open to accepting new members. In 2019, together with the Krasnoyarsk center “My Business”, the Digital Cluster of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was created, and the community development space – “Destination – Krasnoyarsk” was launched. Thus, environments are being formed in which dialogue, cooperative ties are built, interaction with state and municipal structures, support institutions, entities and science. To support and systematize initiatives and activities in 2021, ANO “Project Office for Investigation Development” (ANO “PORT”) was created, of which I am today. All that remains is to create an appropriate infrastructure (IT-Technopark), which concentrates still scattered resources, tasks for them and provides additional incentives for the development of technologies and the industry. Currently, this task is being solved at the level of the regional administration.”, Anatoly Sergeev told ER.RU following the results of the site.
Let’s add that today the regional coordinator calculates his work on discussion platforms within the framework of the second day of the summit.
