Former film technical school in Sovetsk.
The deputies of the Soviet urban district of the Kaliningrad region slam their foreheads in front of a federal official, caring for the safety of the buildings of the former film technical school on Iskra Street and Tikhoy Lane.
They are heading their letter to the Russian Ministry of Culture for the Northwestern Federal District to Andrey Ermakov. One of the buildings is a lost cultural heritage. According to people’s representatives, the premises are not detected and are not properly heated. Their proposal is to transfer the property to possession. This federal government is concerned that they really need real estate. True, it is not clear why.
The deputies from Sovetsk ask the official to come to Sovetsk and personally consider and resolve the issue.
How report The “Russian West”, the previous lowest petition – exactly a year ago – was left without attention. High boyars did not deign. Now there is a new entry. Everything is in business: the deputies ask, they are kicked off, the salaries of federal officials are dripping. The dog in the hay usually behaves as if according to the recipe “I won’t give it to myself and I won’t give it to others.”
In the meantime, a sign proudly flaunts on the building, in which it is difficult to fit the state name of the building: “Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education “All-Russian State University of Public Opinion named after S. A. Gerasimov” in Sovetsk. A particularly valuable object of the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
True, inside – emptiness. Only the name remains.
