Slightly lower start Brussels planned
(ABM FN) The Brussels stock exchange is expected to enter a limited opening allowance on Friday. Futures on the Euro Stoxx 50 index are a few tenths of a percent lower about an hour before the stock market bell.
The Brussels stock exchange closed even higher on Thursday, with low trading volumes. The Bel20 gained 1.3 percent yesterday and thus passed 3,700 points.

The minutes of the European Central Bank were also sent on Thursday. Several ECB members confirmed a smaller interest rate hike of 50 points, given the weak market sentiment, the risk of a significant slowdown in growth and the tightening financial conditions. in the end, interest rates went up by 75 basis points.
The euro/dollar is trading at 1.0411 this morning. The US ten-year interest rate stands at 3.66 percent, where a return of 4.33 percent is still on the cards in mid-October.
The major Asian indices are divided this morning and remain relatively close to home, while the US oil future is half a percent higher at $ 78.38 per barrel.

Elia, the operator of the high-voltage network in Belgium, expects to achieve an adjusted return on equity of 7.1 to 7.5 percent in 2022.
