After you were elected, you declared that the budget of Prague 8 must remain balanced and, if mono, surplus. What will your key investments be in five years?
We want to invest in felling and planting a tree. However, we must use energy for five years, that is our clear priority. This will lead to the starting point, which we will approve in Norway at the earliest.

So enter the new year with a provisional budget?
Song like that, especially like every year. This year it is complicated, because the capital city is not in charge, of which I blame Pirty and Prague alone, which are blocking one of their alliances (the period establishing the municipal council will continue on November 24, note Red.).

One of your priorities is to build new wheels on Rohan Island.
Yes, we managed to secure a financial, i.e. contribution, contract with an investor who is building new apartments on Rohan Island. the capital will finance the round, we should be financially secure there. If the construction could be completed during this election period, it would be a huge achievement.

How are the wheel capacities on the eight? And how did you cope with the march of Ukrainian children?
According to my information, we have dealt with the issue of Ukrainian refugee women for a long time, none of our children or parents stood up for anything, on the contrary, help them to integrate. In a global view of Prague 8, we are short on staff, but in Karln, for example, we have capacity problems. The problem we all have with downhill tourism.

What about Rohansk and Libesk Island? Do you have any information about the international architectural competition under IPR Prague?
A new face has started to be built on Rohan, and it looks like a very long time for pape and the relay, even though I don’t have detailed information from IPR. There are new residents and I hope that they will be prepared, as far as the first capacities of bikes and bikes are concerned. I would like to hit the gardens on Libesk Island, I like Libesk DOCK next to it, but in the long term, I am not a supporter of using every meter of yard on the eight for construction. Our coalition agreed on the fact that we do not want to share the type of battle, we now consider it done.

you were one of the supporters of the problematic project of the new Prague 8 town hall with the Nov Palmovka shopping center for 1.14 long-term crowns. The building was started by the municipality in 2014. However, a year later, the construction contractor Metrostav stopped work on the building, due to non-payment by the town hall for the amount taken. I will eventually build the capital city, in the future it should house the space agency. Why did you spend so much time on the project?
In my opinion, the palm tree is durable for a long time, which is exactly the reason why I raised my hand for the project and pushed it forward. If the new town hall stood there today, Palmovka would look completely different. I am in favor of an agreement with the capital city, because he missed the election period when we were not here, down to the stoppage of construction that you mention. I don’t want to go back to that, now I want to point out that the capital, not only the new Palmovka, but the entire Libyan Pentagon, i.e. from Palmovka to Vbka, intended to develop and prepare a new building there. This is the only way to get from Palmovka to the city where this happens.

When Palmovka opens, it’s not exactly pleasant for many people, in and around the metro lobbies. Can you do something with it like a city street, or is it more for the municipality?
Land own transport company and the capital, this salary for the bus company. The condition of Palmovka is very serious, in the short term it can happen, for example, due to the capacity of the city police, but in the long term it is not the same. Without cooperation with Prague, the city can’t do much, we don’t even control the city police, we have a maximum of two initiatives.

We would like to change that, because we have better local knowledge than the capital city. Florenc, where a new project is being prepared, has the same problems as Palmovka. But the biggest problem is with young people addicted to drugs. I am not surprised by those who go to Florence or Palmovce after dark and are afraid.

How to face it? Shall I create more contact centers?
We are experts in so-called mobile contact centers, not large centers for a hundred or more clients. This brings with it a huge pin zt for those who do not send it. A messenger from the city police is necessary for me. The city needs to be improved, because where there is dust, it attracts people who don’t care about the floor in the city.

What will happen to the Palmovka bus station in the future?
I’m sorry about that place, waiting for the bus there is now really unpleasant because of men and homeless people. A development project was prepared here in 2006, but it did not attract investors. Since then, the transport company did not want to invest anything in the mine, which is why it was so wasted. I hope that five years from now, the project, which must be close before launch, will radically change the city.

A year ago, there was a parking lot in the arches of the reconstructed Negrelli viaduct in Karln. Because of this, you were on Facebook with Pirty’s cracks. How did the whole case actually arise? And how are you in Prague 8 with parking capacities?
That claim was really unfounded, there should be café-type establishments in those curves, no one from ODS ever told us that there should be parking there. As for parking in general, I am in favor of unifying the parking signs, not everyone has to know where the border between Prague 8 and 9 is. For the convenience of Prague, it would be good to combine it. In Prague 8, unfortunately, we are suffering from the unfinished reconstruction of Zenklova Street. Anyone who wants to drive you from Libn to Kobylis is a daily stand. It is necessary to go with the main city, because it is very annoying.
