Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux opens the second edition of the REF Toulouse!
The president of the national Medef will be in Toulouse on Wednesday November 30 at 9 a.m. to kick off the second edition of the REF Toulouse. Organized by the Medef of Haute-Garonne, this local variation of the Meeting of Entrepreneurs of France (REF), which takes place at each start of the school year in Paris, brought together hundreds of players from the economic world at the Domaine de Preissac in Castelmaurou near Toulouse. but also from the associative, environmental, societal world, etc. with a panel of first-level speakers.
While companies are on the front line for the the implementation of transitions, entrepreneurial, ecological, digital or societal, around ten meetings will punctuate the day to provide an overview of the concrete actions to be carried out in a changing world. Six round tables, three keynotes with around thirty speakers allowing everyone to speak and contribute to the active debate on how to manage the transitions of companies and our country.

Among the subjects included describing green finance as a solution to the ecological transition in the presence in particular of Fanny Letier cFounder of GENEO capital entrepreneur as well as the digital revolution with a round table entitled “Transition or digital upheaval” with Antoine Couret, president of the Hub France IA and of Aleia. The place of medium-sized companies (ETI) will also be at the heart of the debates with the presence of Boris Derichebourg, president of Derichebourg Multiservices and Olivier Carré, general manager of Amarenco.
The crucial subject of energy sobriety in the face of soaring energy pricesNT will be treated in the form of providing solutions to “consume less and better” with the presence in particular of Bertrand Chauvet, member of the board of France Hydrogène, Olivier Rolland of EDF Comemrce Sud-Ouest and Elodie Galko, regional director Occitanie of the promoter Duval group.
Finally, round tables and keynotes will give the keys to creating meaning at work in order to attract and retain talent, 50 years after the speech by Franck Riboud, founder of Danone, on “responsible business”.
