Brazilian Wilton Sampaio will referee Saturday’s main match between Poland and Saudi Arabia in the football World Cup in Qatar. His assistants will be his compatriots Bruno Boschilia and Bruno Pires.
There will be a second match in Qatar, officiated by the 40-year-old referee, who will make his debut in the next World Cup final. On Monday, under his supervision, the Netherlands fell Senegal 2-0 in group A. Sampaio also has experience, among others. from the Copa America matches and the World Cup.
