Despite the TOGETHER coalition’s efforts to form an internal coalition with entities on the government’s agenda in Prague, Pirti said that the post-election alliance with Prague Sob should be created in the first place and not be allowed to negotiate on the conclusion of the coalition agreement.

With this fact in mind, the TOGETHER coalition has decided to offer representatives the possibility of continuing the meeting of the constituent assembly, which is allowed for this company.

As the leader of the elections, we want to approach the women of the city responsibly. We have therefore decided to replace the temporarily blocked Pirts with functional Prague to the extent permitted by law. We are convinced that this proposal will create sufficient time and space for further negotiations, which are obviously necessary for the effort to create a stable and responsible government in Prague, and will not paralyze the running of the city and the life of Prague. And we will call on all council clubs to support our proposal, said the candidate for mayor Bohuslav Svoboda.

With regard to the need to act in other areas of Prague’s life, the TOTAL coalition proposes that another 14 committees be established at the fourth council. The combined new committee will verify the election results of the parties and their number and replacement will be the same as in the previous election period.

The committees would be composed proportionally of 11 representatives, i.e. according to the same key as the committees for one of the last councils. At the same time, we propose that their chairpersons be elected to the led committee from individual political clubs, similar to the way positions are filled in the led committee in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. In addition to the budget and the elected committee, the TOGETHER coalition wants to discuss information from representative Hana Kordov Marvanov on the audits in the so-called Dozimeter case and the sale of land in Lysolaj, as well as some resolutions of the serving city council, which she has done since the elections.

These should concern, among other things, the social area or the promotion of women to a managerial position in a transport company. Other personnel issues, especially the election of the mayor, deputies and other members of the council, would be discussed and at the next meeting of the constituent assembly.

We cannot resign from the mandate we received from the ox. That is why we want to elect committees in a relatively low order according to the results of the elections, so that when we cannot hold a council, at least the committees can do their work and have a legitimate mandate.
