AS Monaco mobilized on the occasion of the International Day of the Rights of the Child
On the occasion of the International Day of the Rights of the Child, AS Monaco mobilized for the second consecutive year in favor of child protection, alongside the Professional Football League, football clubs Ligue 1 Uber Eats and the National Convention of Child Protection Associations (CNAPE), represented by Mohamed Bouhafsi.
On November 10, AS Monaco welcomed thirteen children from Alpes-de-Haute-Provence to the Performance Center. These young children in difficulty have been selected to represent AS Monaco during the second edition of the Tournoi des Défenseurs de l’Enfance.

After attending the training of Wissam Ben Yedder and his teammates, they were surprised to see all the Monegasque players come to greet them and chat with them for a few moments, including world players Youssouf Fofana, Axel Disasi and other Breel Embolo. The children then received their AS Monaco outfits to take part in the Defenders of Childhood Tournament.
The 20 Ligue 1 clubs present for the Defenders of Childhood Tournament
The tournament took place on November 20 at the Parc des Princes. On this International Day of Children’s Rights, 240 children represented the 20 Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs by participating in a friendly competition, finally won by Paris SG, under the eyes of the French Minister of Sports and Games.
