The State Duma adopted the federal budget for 2023-2025, as amended by United Russia, in the final reading. The budget provides for an increase in funding for the social sphere by a trillion rubles. This was reported by the press service of the party.

“The budget, really, expect. The world is slowly, but approaching a global economic recession. We agreed that social spending will not only not be, but will grow. The economic test in no way speaks about the social well-being of citizens, ”said Andrey Isaev, coordinator of the “Good work – prosperity in the house” direction of the United Russia people’s program, deputy head of the Duma faction.

First of all, the focus will be on supporting families with children. For example, instead of seven rare benefits, a single one will be introduced. Isaev specified that he would be simplified. This can be done through the Gosuslugi portal, a branch of the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) or the MFC. This measure of support will be calculated from the property status of an individual family. That is, it will be either 50%, or 75%, or 100% of the subsistence minimum.

The high wages, the subsistence minimum and the average pension will also increase. Social diseases and special capitals will be indexed by almost 12%. For the first child, the payment is 590 thousand rubles, 780 thousand rubles for the second.

In addition, an additional 2.5 billion rubles will be allocated to education at the initiative of the party. Also, 2.7 billion rubles were allocated in the field of employment, employment of the population. For example, employment centers have been modernized in 17 regions of the country. United Russia will also allocate funds for the social contract. In addition to the already budgeted budget, an additional 7.5 billion rubles will be allocated. The health care budget is also growing. An additional 100 million rubles “United Russia” will allocate for the authenticity of creative projects. Support for NGOs is also an important topic.

The head of the ER faction in the Kurgan Regional Duma, Marat Islamov, specified what values were included in the budget. “Revenues in 2023 are projected at the level of 59.8 billion rubles. rubles, expenses – 62.8 billion rubles. We have invested funds in the budget for the repair of educational and medical institutions, for the acceleration of villages and cities, as well as for the improvement of large enterprises. We also take into account the initiatives and proposals that we heard at meetings of deputies of different levels, representatives of local governments with the population,” he said.
