The leaflet bears the winning image of the “San Marino in the heart” photographic competition intended for citizens and residents of San Marino organized in 2020 by the Secretariat of State for Tourism in collaboration with the Tourist Office. Shots were requested that advertised the flag of the Republic of San Marino as a subject accompanied by places or symbols with sentimental value. The winning photograph showed a view of Monte Titano with a figure wrapped in the flag of the Republic of San Marino in the foreground.

The 2.75 euro stamp frames a view of Monte Titano and the coat of arms of the Republic on the flag of San Marino. To complete it, the value “2.75”, “San Marino”, the coat of arms of the Republic and the year of issue “2022”. A figure wrapped in the flag of San Marino, the legend “San Marino nel cuore”, the site www.ufn.sm and the writing “Photo: C. Carlini” are shown in the background of the leaflet.
