Toulouse. A starred chef and a master chocolatier join forces to offer exceptional yule logs

This is a combination that does not lack flavors! The two-star chef Pierre Lambinonat the head of the restaurant Pyr-rhas partnered with Sébastien Bellomaster chocolatier of Bello & Angeli, to design exceptional yule logs.
Limited edition logs
The two Toulouse houses had already been working together for a few years. Indeed, at the end of their meal at the two-starred restaurant Le Py-r, the people of Toulouse
were offered chocolates signed Bello & Angeli.
But for the first time in 2022, they decide to push their collaboration further by planning three yule logs for the end of year celebrations.
Planned for eight people, they are sold at the price of 55€and are available in three flavours: vanilla and citrus, grand cru dark chocolate, chestnuts and pear.
Three flavors
Here is the detail of these exceptional logs, available in limited edition.
- Grand cru dark chocolate:
“This yule log celebrates our Grand Cru dark chocolate from Côte d’Ivoire, a must for chocolate lovers. This rolled log combines a biscuit soaked in hot chocolate and a creamy Grand Cru dark chocolate from Côte d’Ivoire,” explains Bello & Angeli on its website.
“This yule log that marries a chestnut cream, sprinkled with pieces of pear, all under a white chocolate and chestnut glaze”.
“This yule log combines Madagascar Vanilla with the tonicity of Kalamansi and Corsican Mandarin”.

How to order and collect logs? These logs are only available for pre-order, on the Maison Bello & Angelli website. The logs will be collected on December 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 in Bello & Angeli shops (Toulouse city center or St-Orens) or at Maison Py-r (St Jean).
