Russian language will no longer be taught in Latvian schools
Latvia until the 2026/2027 academic year has made a foreign language in a single language school from the European Union. Schoolchildren probably no longer learned to learn Russian as a second foreign language.

In Latvia, the first foreign language is taught from the 1st grade, English is more often chosen. The second foreign language begins in the 4th grade.
