Presale has started for Emma Villas Aubay Siena – Taranto: tickets on sale at lower prices
Emma Villas Aubay Siena will resume their weekly training sessions tomorrow in view of the next championship match. The match, which will be valid for the ninth day of the Superlega championship, will be played on Sunday 27 November starting at 20.30 at the PalaEstra and will see the Sienese oppose Gioiella Prisma Taranto. The match will be broadcast live on RaiSport.
The pre-sale to attend this match started this afternoon as usual on the Ciao Tickets platform. In this case, the cost of the tickets will be lower than in the previous home matches played by Siena against Perugia, Piacenza and Modena. In fact, the ticket for the first ring will cost 20 euros, while the reduced ticket will cost 15 euros. The ticket for the second ring will cost 10 euros, if reduced 5 euros. The baby park service will be included in the price with entertainment by professional entertainers for all the children who will be present at the PalaEstra.
The categories for which the reduction is applied are: students, children aged 12 to 18 and Fipav members.
Under 12s enter PalaEstra for free, but must first collect a Junior ticket (with presale for 2 euros through the Ciao Tickets platform or at no cost at the PalaEstra ticket office).
The PalaEstra ticket office will be open on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 November from 16 to 19 and Sunday 27 November, the day of the match against Taranto, from 10 to 13 and from 18.30 onwards.
Taranto comes from four defeats in the last four days played: 2-3 against Padua, 0-3 against Piacenza, 3-0 in Trento and finally 1-3 yesterday afternoon at home against Modena. The Apulians have worked in the eleventh position in the standings, just one place above Emma Villas Aubay Siena, with 6 points won and with a record of 2 wins and 6 defeats up to now. Coach Paolo Montagnani’s team played two games less and scored 3 points, the result of the victory obtained in Cisterna (1-3).
Against Modena, Gioiella Prisma won the first set (25-22) and then suffered a vehement comeback from the Emilians who, thanks to Lagumdzija’s 24 points, Earvin Ngapeth’s 16 and Stankovic’s 11 points, overturned everything and conquered the three points up for grabs in the challenge. The 22 points scored by Stefani (61% in attack for him), 14 by Loeppky, 10 by Antonov and 8 by Alletti, as well as an overall 53% of the team in attack, were not enough in Taranto to be able to win some useful points to move up the standings.
The one between Siena and Taranto will therefore be to all intents and purposes a direct confrontation for salvation. Emma Villas Aubay arrives without having been able to take part in the last championship race, which should have been held yesterday afternoon in Civitanova Marche. But the positivity of more than three Lube players to Covid made the match impossible. The match will therefore have to be recovered and it is already the second match that the Sienese registered go to play for not having had the opportunity to do so on the pre-established date.
And these are two away games: the match in Padua, valid for the sixth day of the Superlega championship, was scheduled for Sunday 6 November at the Kioene Arena. But in that case the positivity of the Emma Villas Aubay volleyball players at Covid made it impossible to play the match. Which has already been put back on the calendar for December 8 starting at 5pm and which will be broadcast live on RaiSport.
In the meantime, the rescheduling of the match to be played at the Eurosole Forum in Civitanova Marche between the Italian champions Lube and Emma Villas Aubay Siena is awaited.
