Picture gallery: Hellbrunn Advent Magic enchants guests from near and far
The Hellbrunn Advent Magic has been open for a few days and attracts numerous visitors to Salzburg.
SALZBURG (red). The best way to get to the Hellbrunn Advent Magic is by bus no. 25, because even in the early afternoon it is said in the car parks around the castle: “Nothing works anymore.” The magic begins in the castle area itself (admission can be converted into consumption ) between spruce elves and culinary delicacies ranging from typical things like chestnuts to lard bread to Kaiserschmarrn.
In between, high-quality handicrafts, handmade tree hangings, wooden toys, Swiss stone pine accessories, and there are always stands that show how traditional handicrafts work.

The wooden stands nestle into the castle ambience in matching colors and the prices for mulled wine and delicacies are affordable. You can only afford the Christmas market during Advent anyway.
Crafts and delicacies at the Advent market
The range of products extends from gold hoods, monastery work, ceramics, icons, carvings, Celtic salt, hay art to soap boiling and jewellery. Another hit with children today are personalized children’s books that are printed on site.

Farm products, solid handicrafts and culinary pre-Christmas specialties characterize the Hellbrunn Advent Magic, which comes up with another highlight on the weekends: a separate children’s world – the gnome village.

Everything as always: Advent wind instruments get you in the mood for the quiet time in mild temperatures and despite the scent of incense and the big red balls, a certain hectic activity is inevitable. We don’t really want that Christmas stress – but there are still more Advent markets to visit.
