Football, Defense | Hoseth employed as head coach in KI Klaksvik: – Has always followed Faroese football

Tough job
– As early as 2003, we played a qualifying match against Klaksvik in Europe. I have always followed Faroese football. Last year I got a request from Vestur, and after that I started following the whole series system, says Hoseth.
– I have read a lot and put a part of Klaksvik already, he adds.
Hoseth has big ambitions for his new club.
– It will be a tough job, but with a little grip we should be a contender to fight for the conference league. At least in my head, says Hoseth.
The former elite series profile describes himself as a coach who stands for an offensive style of play.
– I am probably a more offensive coach who wants to attack very often, but I control earlier. I thrive very well on the training field and definitely have my strength on the field, says Hoseth.
Strong player base
He refers to the squad as very strong, but Hoseth says he must try to bring in one or to play that will strengthen the club in which he now takes over the sporting responsibility.
Hoseth is traveling to the Faroe Islands already next week. He assembles the player group for the first time on 9 January.
Kristiansund also mentions the Hoseth appointment on Monday evening. On the club’s own websites We wish the outgoing assistant coach the best of luck with new challenges.
“Magne is a completely unique person. He is humble, kind and loyal. A pleasant guy to work with and a knowledgeable and hard working football coach. Someone who has developed together with KBK and become a brilliant football coach. Magne is someone we will miss in KBK and whom we wish all the best for the future”, writes the club.
The 42-year-old Hoseth has played 22 games for the Norwegian national team.
